24pound is a commercial print vendor serving the direct mail trade. They offer envelopes, stationery, and postcards, with capabilities in jet printing and print & convert processes. They provide sensible quantity increments and flat-rate shipping.
Common questions
- What quantity increments does 24pound offer?
- Customers can order quantities such as 4,500 or 8,000, allowing them to order the exact quantities they need to mail.
- What are the shipping costs?
- Orders ship for a flat $20 fee per shopping cart for commercial ground shipping in the contiguous U.S., regardless of the number of items up to four.
- What is the difference between Jet and Print & Convert envelope printing?
- Jet printing is faster, shipping in 2 to 4 business days, and cost-effective for quantities under 200,000. Print & Convert takes over 2 weeks but offers press-quality details, precise PMS colors, heavy ink coverage, and custom window sizes and placement.
- What are the file format and resolution requirements for artwork?
- Accepted file formats include PDF. Artwork should be at 300 DPI and can be in Spot Color (PMS) or Full Color (CMYK) mode. The maximum file upload size is 75MB.
- How is Raised Ink handled?
- Raised Ink is available at no extra cost for stationery and business cards, but production and shipping take longer. For raised ink jobs, 10% or less screen of any color is not recommended, and light colors are not recommended.
