What is your sample policy?

We ship blank goods on all sample requests by default. Spec samples require a logo and are billed at EQP. Self-promo samples are billed at EQP-20%. Samples may be credited upon return in resellable condition within 30 days.

What are your artwork requirements for imprinting?

For four-color digital imprint, artwork must be submitted using the CMYK method. PMS color codes will not be accepted. Only vector files are accepted.

Do you offer personalization or multiple logo options?

Yes, personalization costs $2 per instance after the first print. For orders with multiple logos, a $5 charge per logo will be applied to the second and subsequent logos.

What shipping methods do you use and where do you ship from?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL Freight. All shipments are FOB Chino, CA. We accept 3rd party shipper numbers at no charge.

All items should be inspected promptly upon delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported within 1 week of delivery to be considered.
